    Is anyone here a pro?

I don't know if this is a silly questions but is anyone here a pro or ever been to the olympics? I know basketball players don't post at NBA forums but hey it could happen.

This board is moderated real damn tight
We (mods) just try to keep things on topic, or at least flowing to new facets of discussion based on the original post. This thread got VERY off-topic from the get-go. It's an insult to the OP when the thread jumps the shark before they even get some decent replies.

I always defined pro as being you get paid to do something. I am sure there are a ton of people on here who compete but may not get paid to do so.

A bodybuilding "pro" is defined as someone who obtained a "pro card" by placing high in a certain bodybuilding competition. None of those guys get paid on a regular basis unless they are sponsored by a supplement company.
