Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Now, I know the first thing you are thinking...where are the legs. My current job, Marine, forces me to run a lot, so I cant work my legs till my end of active service in three months. My goal is to get all my highschool strangth back before I get out. I started doing sets of ten and every two or three weeks I plan on dropping the reps and adding some weight. A friend of mine says that the best way to gain strength is to lift each muscle only once a week though. So I wanted some advice on my split. Any advice is good advice.

Honestly your split suck. Well any split with no leg work is a crappy split. Don't take it the wrong way, it's just my honest input.

You don't necessarily have to lift each muscle once a week to see strength gain.

You have way too much bis and tris work.

I don't see shoulder (like Military Press. Just change the name to Marine Press).
