Tues-Back and Bis
Barbell Curls
Alternating Dumbell
Hammer Curls
Lateral Raises
Bent Over Rows
Seated Rows

Wed-off
Thurs-off

Fri-Chest and Tris
Flat Bench
Incline Bench
Decline Bench
Skull Crushers
Tricep Pull Downs
Dips

Sat-Back and Bis
Barbell Curls
Alternating Dumbell
Hammer Curls
Lateral Raises
Bent Over Rows
Seated Rows

Now, I know the first thing you are thinking...where are the legs. My current job, Marine, forces me to run a lot, so I cant work my legs till my end of active service in three months. My goal is to get all my highschool strangth back before I get out. I started doing sets of ten and every two or three weeks I plan on dropping the reps and adding some weight. A friend of mine says that the best way to gain strength is to lift each muscle only once a week though. So I wanted some advice on my split. Any advice is good advice.
