    not sure if this is in the right place but i need help

    So i just have kinda simple question.... Is there like an amount of weight that is too much to cut? Like i want to lose like 40lbs and im not really worried about losing muscle i just wanna lose the weight. So yeah just get at me and it would be greatly appreciated

    well diet wise i wanna keep really low cals like 1500ish and its pretty balanced and multiple meals throughout the day.... and yes i am traing i am running quite a bit and lifting 4 days a week

    what exactly do you mean by stats???? im 6' 245lbs not too sure on bf% prolly around 25% or so... then im not too sure on weights..

    well lately i have just been doin like 45 min of interval on the treadmill

    skinny-fat? ok what do you recomend i do than im open to any suggestions

    True. I would do weights 4 days a week and cut my cardio to at most 20 minutes, 3 days a week. And still your calories are really low for your size.

    She means you'll lose a lot of lean body mass. This means you'll lose weight, but your body will still look bad. It's not the amount of weight you use, it's the KIND of weight you lose that's important.

    When my brother was cutting up for a natutral comp he used to do cardio before breakfast, he would walk for about 45mins 3 times per week, he still ate 6 meals a day though but just cut his total calories to a level where he lost weight gradually but still had enough to lift well. He lost his fat and held onto his muscle very well using this method.

    He used to weigh all his food.

    thx and ill take a look at that link thx and what do you recommend calorie wise and what kind of split with carbs fats and pros
