    circuit training

    For basketball, my coach has us doing circuit training. There are 4 circuits.

    The first circuit consists of:
    supercat (a squat and jump machine)
    leg extensions
    leg curls
    second circuit is:
    agility ladder
    box jumps
    jump rope
    third circuit is:
    bench press
    incline bench press
    shoulder press
    fourth circuit:
    close pushups (i don't know the real name)
    bicep curls
    and some row-machine that works your back

    What do you people think of the workout?
