For basketball, my coach has us doing circuit training. There are 4 circuits.
The first circuit consists of:
supercat (a squat and jump machine)
second circuit is:
third circuit is:
incline bench press
close pushups (i don't know the real name)
and some row-machine that works your back
What do you people think of the workout?
It's just designed to help us get a little bigger and help us compete against the other, bigger teams.
Circuits aren't generally used for hypertrophy.
What's your diet like? Are you gaining?
I've been tryin to eat a lot of hamburgers and chicken and food!
