yes built, that's basically what it is. the only difference is he uses a natural (parallel) grip. and instead of using a BB, he's using the dip station handle.

What his bodyfat percentage? If you guys had to take a guess. I would love to look like that. No six pack but totally solid all around. Im not to far away from that I guess but I'd just like to see how many lbs I have to lose.

I seen an 8 pack near the end of the vid, I do agree he's solid

As far as BF possibly 12-14%
    Height 6ft 1"
    Current Weight 200lbs

    Goal
    200lbs @ 10%bf

all of his training is routines alike

i came up with routines much like these myself while training for mma, and then came across the fact that his were practically identical as regards to the format, and many of the exercises too

there good for conditioning and strength/power endurance - a lot harder than they look

hes a very solid fighter, one of the best ever in my mind, his fight with kevin 'the monster' randleman, when he captured the ufc heavyweight title - simply amazing

it hits the back yeh, especially the rhoms, an biceps of course, but it also gets the hamstrings because you have to keep yourself straight
