    Hey man you look good. You're making great progress.

    Question, do you know if you have a mild case of gyno? It looks like in your front dbl bi that you might have it. My chest is similar to the way yours does. I think I may have a mild case of gyno.

    Looking good. Seems like you need to work on your bicep poses though. Are you sure your only 15% bf? You look like you may be a little more. Maybe 18-22%.

    Thanks dan and snatch! Yea my posing sucks, and the bodyfat is definately up there. I haven't stopped to cut since about 175lbs, so its no suprise.

    I do have gyno fighter, I've had it since I was 12 I'll get it removed some day.

    Looking bigger man, but as stated before you really need to work on your poses. In the front and back double bicep's lower your arms so they are perpendicular with your body instead of at a 45 degree upward angle. Then spread your lats as you flex your arms, and everything else.

    Cutting sucks, I'd rather wait till I have alot of muscle to show off.
