    Who set a new PR this week. 12th -18th june

    I did,
    Military press 120 x 6
    Bench press 165 x 6
    dead lift 215 x 6

    The dumbells at my gym only go up to 100, it sort of sucks.

    No, I don't sub anything for handstands. And those were done off my knuckles because I have a sprained hand.

    Keep in mind, it's actually
    21 handstands
    21 ring dips
    21 pushups
    15 handstands
    15 ring dips
    15 pushups
    9 handstands
    9 ring dips
    9 pushups

    as fast as you can!

    i pretty much set pr's in every exercise of every workout - it would be weird if id trained my muscles as hard as i do, ached as much as i do, ate as much as i do, finally recovered / grown, and then have exactly the same strength

    Anthony that is impressive as hell. Ive started doing some slight cross fit variation and keep track of your journal as i intend to do more work like you do for conditioning.

    Savvy a PR on every exercise every week is DAM impressive no matter what their isnt many people in the world get stronger evey week. unless your a newbie and then it doesnt last long.
