Seated military press 185 lbs for 4 reps, using a full range of motion. It's hard to set PRs on a cut.
Dammit, I missed the cutoff ... oh well:
June 19th, Row 1000m in 3:36.4 (9 second PR).
That puts my ranking for the 2007 season at:
500m #138 out of 843
1000m #285 out of 642
Not bad since those rows are part of my warmup, haha!

I got 90's up for 8 reps on incline DB press.... on a cut! I am so psyched about this one because I have never lifted that much and then to be making these kinds of gains on a cut are awesome!!
