Hey guys, my name is Gabe. I am 16 years old (just finished my sophmore year), and I havnt posted much. I wanted to show you guys my progression pics from December 05 till June 06. 6 months, and 40 lbs gained. I was depleted from football at 158 lbs and in these pictures i am 198. I plan to compete in 2008, because hopefully by then I will have enough mass on my 6 ft 1 frame. Any questions, comments, or advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

Forget the after pics! ur tellin me in the before pics or 158 lbs at 6 foot 1?.... i'm an inch shorter and 20lbs heavier and look far thinner dam my heavy bones!

Hey guys, thanks for all the responses. Honestly I havnt run a cycle yet ( I am looking to in the near future, but have no access to anything yet and dont really know what to run.) I am hoping someone can take me under their wing and guide me because I am not planning on staying natural. My legs did gain the most mass ( i havnt worked them before this year), and I am trying to bring my back and chest up. I will undoubtly keep you guys posted on my progress, and Im really glad that all you pps on here are so supportive. My bdyfat went from about 9-11%...I hit about 13 during mid bulk, but i plateaued with my weight and leaned out a bit. I also watched "BCC's" transformation and that kept me motivated as well. Any other opinions would be taken guys thanks!
Yes, I do work my abs. I also do cardio 3x a week. I do an abdominal circuit 2x a week consisting of 25 crunches, 25 oblique crunches, and 30 leg raises..i do this circuit for 3 sets.Originally Posted by kw1k

Im not really sure why. Im not really concerned with abs at this moment....I am trying to bulk. I think I am pretty lean and hope I dont become a blob, but if I do then it will just mean I have to diet longer :-)

Are those stretch marks in your upper biceps in the current pictures? Also noticed you went from perfect complexion to having mild acne, but you said you haven't cycled yet, maybe something to keep in mind for any future plans. That being said, awesome increase in LBM. Strong points of improvement seem to have been arms, lats and legs. Delts were strong before and remain so currently, chest didn't seem to grow much and seems a bit underdeveloped now in comparrison. Great work overall.

Hey bro, thanks! Yea...My chest is very weak, but Im hoping in these next 2 years I can bring it up. In the last 6 weeks I changed from 20 down to 12 sets of chest and now Im actually growing..I have stretch marks near my arm pit now too ( from chest and shoulder growth)...I need to get cocoa butter as I heard it could help with the stretch marks..And the acne is getting worse as it gets hotter because Im sweating much more.
