    What are you afraid of?

Despite the fact that this site is full of a bunch of testosterone driven monsters, I'm sure we can all be pansy little girls at times. So, what are you afraid of?

Heights, and being confined while up high (elevators, planes, etc.)

This weekend, I'm going to Six Flags with my girlfriend and her family. Apparently, if I don't ride the rides with them, I won't be accepted into the family.

    I'm going to die.

The only things I'm really afraid of are things I would in all reality have little control over. Say having a loved one get seriously injured in some way. Does that count?

Other than that, I don't have any phobias, that I know of at least.
Best way to cheat on deadlifts...

Stand there for a few minutes, then pace back and forth a lot, huff and puff, wait until everybody's looking. Approach the bar. Back off. Approach it again. Back off. Get some water. Chalk up. Approach the bar again. Then spray some more chalk around. Wait until people start losing interest. When nobody's looking, pick it a little off the floor, and slam it down. Jump up and yell "LIGHT WEIGHT BABY". Then give high fives all around. - Belial

I'm afraid of getting too big... puffy.. and muscular..
I just want to get "toned"

    LOL

But seriously... besides the lost of my close family, or something happening to the kids that I can't control...
it's being lost in woods at night.. you know those starless, complete darkness nights, where you can't see what is around you or which direction to go in..

Fear of being eaten alive. Yes I know it's not likely, but think about how horrible it would be to be alive, while some large carniverous animal chews on your entrails.

Or tortured. Imagine being fed, slowly, feet first into one of Saddam's infamous industrial strength meat grinders...

    Ok, I'm done for now.
