quick question but is granola bad for you in any way? I got this cereal that is like 1k calories for a bowl and I figure something must be wrong with it. 1/3 cup is 200 calories, 6g fat, 1.5g saturated fat, 0 g trans, 31g carb, 3g fibre, 7 gram sugar, 5g protein.
It seems okay other than a bit to much sugar, but what do you guys think.
the ones they sell at the supermarket usually contain loads of sugar, go to natural health food store and pick up some granola.
