The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Bone structure and aesthetics

If you are going for the Michael Johnson, Polo Model look,
what kind of bone structure should one have?
    I'm thinking between 5 ft 10 and 6 ft 2 ripped
    small/medium/large frame?

I've seen some guys who are tall and muscular, but they look small. Is it because their frame size is small. Even though they may have mass, they as a whole do not look large?

Are models usually large frame guys who are just ripped?

tall with a small frame no doubt. I'd say 5'11 - 6'3 and michael johnson is way to big to put next to model look the average male model is say 6'1 and 160 pounds im not even kidding.

If they had a lot of mass, there shoulders wouldn't necessarily be narrow, even if they're bone structure was.

That's why a lot of models can pull off being thin because their shoulders are wide. Clothes seem to just fall on them.

Some compensate for having some mass on their shoulders, but mass can only do so much in making your body look wider than it really is.

Therefore models have Medium to Medium large build.
They can pull off being thin without being scrawny all due to bone structure.

    Am I right?

They would narrow it to some extent. But adding mass to your body makes them wider.

you can have a small frame and wide shoulders, doesnt frame mostly mean joints and so on? a small frame would make your shoulders look wider.. a large frame would make you blocky. I read that the earliar you hit puberty the more narrow your shoulders are since they have less time to grow since the growth plates close earliar. So being a late bloomer isnt all that bad .
