Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Incline Tricep work

What's the point of doing Skull Crushers or Close Grip Bench on Inclines? Is it to let the front delts get into more work and less stress on the pecs?

    Nightmare-
I did incline ez-curl bar ext. for a while because I could handle a LOT more weight, and I felt that it hit all 3 heads of my tris better. Compared to lying down on a flat bench. I have a feeling that my range of motion was shorter though.

Nothing wrong with hitting them from different angles just to mix it up a little. Try decline close grip benches and try to pull the bar apart. This little trick activates the tris a bit more.

Any tricep work will hit all three heads. All the heads share the same tendon insertion point. Same with biceps.

Declines are excellent. Incline and decline along with flat ez-bar ext. are all excellent for developing the tris.
