I've just started so I'm doing a whole body workout three days a week. I'm wondering though, should I be doing all 3 sets of each exercise before moving to the next one or should I do the whole routine then repeat twice? Or does it not make that much difference at this point?
what are your goals?
I've heard of people doing circuit training (exercise A, B, C, repeat with little rest time) primarily for weight loss.

Could you post the routine you are doing? Unless you are overtraining or undertraining it shouldn't make that much difference...nutrition and rest are what build muscle.
