I have been doing heaps of reading from lots of differant sources and im just a little bit confused as the best way to put on size...

Some sources say only a few excercises for each muscle group and only 2 sets of 6 reps and other places say train 4-5 days a week with 3-4 excercises per muscle group and 3-4 sets of 6-10 reps...they say any less than that and your not training each muscle enough..'

they all have one thing in common though....EAT

Can someone try bring some sense to this for me...
