    Carb cycling while bulking?

    Any real benefit to it?

    M-500g carbs
    T-400g carbs
    W-500g carbs
    Th-400g carbs
    F-500g carbs
    Sa-400g carbs
    Su-300g carbs

    The reason why I am trying this out is: 1) I won't have to eat as many carbs on certain days and 2) hopefully while bulking I won't add too much fat.

    does the above plan have any scientific proof about it?

    It does if the days you're working out have more carbs than the rest days. Also, try to keep most of the carbs pre and post workout.
