    Doing 50+ bicep curls for each set has been scientifically proven best

    It also helps to have sweet tunes, such as the one you hear in the video, playing in the background as you curl.

    Haha.. for some strange reason it reminds me of something that would be in a scene of Napolean Dynamite. The look on his face makes it look like some guy took him to his basement and said "I must tape you.... Curling..."

    its funny cuz teh guy (teh!) is just standing there, no expression, he looks depressed, and generally its funny to look at him. haha. hope he gets payed for looking like a ponce.
