    wots the best work outs for great gains??

    Hi everyone
    im trying to gain weight again (as i only weigh 126pounds) and was wondering what are the best work outs to help me gain weight/muscle.

    are you training at all? if so,how's your split?

    im training 3 times a week an doing bench press, curls, hammer curls, pec deck, sit ups and leg extension.

    im 18, went to doctors to see if they can help but they say its in my genes. but my mum and dad are big.

    When I was 18 I was 130lbs. Now im over 160, and my parents/grandparents have always been small.
    Research man, search these forums and reeeeead. Trust me, it will help you huge! You can do it, you just gotta do it right.

    If you need a routine try WannaBeBig Routine #1

    I haven't personally tried it, but I've heard people have made great gains on it. And even with most decent routines anyway, you can still make good gains provided your diet is good.
