    Wannabebig Routine I

    seeing as everyone said my routine sucked im just going to use this but there is two exercises i cant do at home, dips and chin ups what can i replace them with? and should i stick to the rep and set figures or go to burn out and use what iv always used of 4 sets 6-8 but really untill i cant do nomore.??

    Stick to the reps and sets. Burnouts are good for feeling a burn, but that's it.

    For dips, try between bench dips or skullcrushers.
    For chins, get a chinup bar, or do 'em off your squat rack.

    i dont have a squat rack and i dont have an ez bar for skullcrushers cant i do, push ups and for chin ups i dont know but im trying to do exercises that i can do at home i have freeweights and a multigym so lateral pull downs could be used for something??

    Get a chinup bar to put in a doorway. Nothing else is a chinup.

    Try the between-bench dips. I do 'em with a couple 45s stacked on my lap.

    What, exactly, are you planning to do for squats?

    arent those for triceps? it says the dips are for the chest and ok ill just buy a chin up bar..... and squats without a rack is what im doing whats wrong with that?

    Dips are chest and tris.

    Dunno about you, but if I had to clean the weight before squatting every time, I wouldn't be squatting very heavy ...

    yeh thats the problem im not squating heavy because of that, im undecided wether to invest in more gym equipment or join a gym! i need more weights,a squat rack, a better bench,chinup bar thats faily expensive! so im undecided.

    iv been looking around and squat machines and squat cages cost ALOT cant i just not do squats and do heavy deadlifts iv always hated squats?

    What about doing dumbell squats then? At some point you'll outgrow the max weight you can put on a dumbell but it's better than not doing any at all.

    yes true maybe ill try that, i took a picture of my arm today it looks like iv been doing it all wrong instead of gaining bulk im getting cut! lol look

    it may not be alot but still iv only been doing it for about 1 month and a half. it really is true i dont eat nowhere near enough! lol
