2 workouts per week ( opinions)

    Day 1: Bench 6x6
    Mil Press 6x6
    Skull crushers 6x6
    Cleans 6x6

    Day 2: 20-30 mins cardio & abs
    Day 3: Rest

    Day 4: Squats 5x15
    Chins 6x
    Shrugs 6x6
    Straight Bar Curls 6x6

    Day 5: 20-30 mins Cardio & abs

Day 6&7: rest 1 of these 2 days, do cardio on the other

I think I have finally settled on this routine for a while I fell better after the rest between the actual lift days. What do you think??

I plan to change the exercises and rep scheme to about 5x15 with a 30-45 sec rest between sets in about 2 mths. right now I rest about 90 sec between sets and 2 mins between exercises

5 sets of 15!! I wouldn't be able to last that long especially on squats.

I will probably cut the sets down to 4 x 15, and change the squats to 6x6....its not bad if you set your mind to it...

    What is your goal?

Looks good, in general, although I would like to see another pull in there, a row of some sort.
    Squats work better than supplements.

My goal is to gain a little mass, cut a little weight, give myself more recovery time, working construction takes it out of me sometimes and I dont recoup quick enough yet on a 3 x per week or 4x per week routine

    Ace.

Those squats are going to be brutal if you work hard at them.

Toss in the row and I think you'll be just fine.

Thought about changing to 1x20 on squats...what night would you put rows in?...should I throw out something in place of them...maybe cleans.....I put them in to help get away from deadlifts for awhile...just a change
