I'd suggest hitting those legs harder than that. Just my opinion, though. Good overall size. Keep liftin' hard.

Very nice work on the upper body, if you have been working legs hard it may take a while for them to catch up. If you aren't its prime time to start

I'm going to be the first to give you some critisism. I hope you take it positivly and use it to your advantage.

    You need to cut.

Have you gotten your Body Fat measured? I know after i did a bulk i was surprised to find out what my lean body mass was, compared to before i bulked... it had turned out that 6 of the 18lbs i gained were muscle, the rest were fat, i looked liked ass, even if the weigh scale made me happy.

Get er checked, and get on top of your diet. You'll probably find cutting down to about 172lbs will start to show all the muscle underneath!

    Good work tho bro.

    definatly hit those legs!
Way down this road, in a gym far away, a young man was once heard to say, "I've repped high and I've repped low, No matter what I do my legs won't grow."

He tried leg extensions, leg curls, and leg presses, too. Trying to cheat these sissy workouts he'd do. From the corner of the gym where the big men train, Through a cloud of chalk and the midst of pain.

Where the big iron rides high and threatens lives, Where the noise is made with big forty fives. A deep voice bellowed as he wrapped his knees, A very big man with legs like trees.

Laughing as he snatched another plate from the stack, Chalking his hands and monstrous back, Said "Boy stop lying and don't say you've forgotten, Trouble with you is you ain't been SQUATTIN"

Thanks for the advice. I plan on starting legs again. It is hard to tell in those pics but my legs are unportionately big compared to the rest of my body from over 12 years of soccer and basketball. I realize i have put on some fat but from my strength gains i have hope its not that much fat. A quick question are my biceps lagging in your honest opinion because my triceps get stronger much faster than my biceps.

Also when you begin to cut, I would suggest waxing or shaving your body, especially upper body (chest/arms) because you will find it makes you look more defined.

Nothing wrong with wanting to be hair-free

I wouldnt mind a full body wax tbh, the only place I really want hair is my head.

For me I like numbers. I would say if you like numbers, get to 200 first, seeing as it's not a huge way away, then cut till you feel it's right. You are not looking at that fat, so just try to keep any further gain as clean as you can.

    Good luck!
