    Two board bench press vids

    I did 5 set of three with 410. Here's a few of the sets:

    damn made that **** look easy. Nice pressing man. As a matter of curoisity how thick are the boards?

    They are 2X4's. So together they are 3". On the last set I also used a 1" thick board that was wider because the 2X4's were putting a lot of stress on my sternum.
