    Running

Whats a good running style? I usually walk two blocks, run/sprint three. Anything I should be doing differently for more effectiveness? I like to run and especially ride a bicycle.

To get to 200 and then drop my calories, change diet and cut/tone. But I want to build my stamina along the way, strength training. I weigh 165 now.

If you're trying to put on weight, you're going to have to eat quite a bit more to compensate for the running you'll be doing. How often are you doing this?

You could wear a heart monitor and sprint till you reach 90% of you max then walk until you reach 65%

Or you can do it your way, both are good.
