I'm a 16 year old in high school. I'm still growing. Is there any workout plan I can follow so that my height increases while I work out?
Right now I am 5 foot 4.25 inches.
Lifting doesn't have much of an effect on height... try WBB #1, its a pretty solid and balanced routine for people starting out.

Crossfit Total: Press: 135 - Squat: 315 - Deadlift: 365
Competition Lifts: Clean: 205 - Bench: 205
No routine is going to make you get taller. You'll grow as tall as you're meant to be. I'm 5'4" and I haven't grown since I was your age (I'm 21 now).
