Back to business.....
I have just started working out again after almost 4 months off, I have put a lot of fat on and lost a tiny bit of muscle. My question is reallly where do I go from here to get lean and ripped again?
do I bulk up 15 of 20lbs and then cut, or do loads of cardio and weight lifting now to lose the fat? If I did the latter would I still look lean when I cut the weight?. I wont have fatty deposits all over my body will I?
