    Doing exercises to boast another exercises

    Does anybody have a link online to an article like this? What I mean by this is things like, want to increase squats, do good moarning's etc...

    I've been looking around and found things here and there but not an entire article dedicated to something like this.

    And if you ask, no I dont have a lagging body part that I want to bring up, but I am sure at some point it will happen.

    umm...to increase squats...do..squats?

    I think hes saying instead of just doing squats to get your squat higher, do squats and front squats or some other excersize's to help you get stronger at squats. am I right?

    Sensei might have a link somewhere. He usually have good links.

    Or you can start a thread asking about what are assisted exercises one can do to improve a certain lift.

    To increase your squat and dead:
    Good mornings, rack pulls, pull-thrus, glute/ham raises, reverse hypers, box squats... There's all kinds of things you can do... Read up.

    Yes that is what I ment.

    @HeavyBomber, I will check the link. Funny I just read a bunch of articles on periodization I should have thought to look there.
