    impingement syndrome

    After i woke up yesterday, i noticed a persistent pain in both of my shoulders. A deep pain, especially when i raised by arm my by side or in front above shoulder level
    Is this an impingement syndrome? i took some ibuprofen in case of inflammation. what should i do?

    ice it, take ibuprofen and rest.
    Take a week off and see how it feels. If it's still there, go see a doc.
