where should i be on power cleans?

i love power cleans and i seem to be really good at them due to the fact that im already explosive with my movements like tackling in football but i was jsut curious with my stats (see signature for stats) what is a good max for me?

I think you're just flaunting your clean.

Well I say its atleast OK if its over your bodyweight. How much did your knee injury take off and what do you think it will be when its fully recovered? Also, technique has a lot of say in clean, if you have bad technique your weight will be lower.

Well, in that case, a good max for your size is approximately 317.44242 lbs.

Both knee and shoulder surgery by age 17. You may want to reconsider your sport.

As for cleans, exactly what jinkies says. If you're cleaning 215 at 200, chances are your form can stand to be improved.
