So I wasnt up too late last night, I went to bed earlier then I usually do at 1, and I usually wake up at 9-10, today I woke up at 12. The good is I actually looked great when i woke up, I look thinner, and everything, but now what, do I eat like normal and eat my usual amount of calories or do I cut it down?
Eat like normal. Consistency is key.
haha I have the same problem sometimes. I end up waking up at like 4pm from being up till 6am the previous night. I have trouble fitting 3 meals amounting to 2000 calories in 8-10 hours of being awake
Depends on your goals but I would stick with what you've been eating on a regular basis, if you have to feel a little bit more full than usual to get it all in today, then so be it.
