i have been doing "fit day" for a while now, but what are the "macros" that are discussed on this site....the pie chart?
one thing that i have noticed from tracking my diet is that I am extremely inconsistant. the amount of calories that i take in per day vary a lot. also i noticed that i am not getting enough calories according to what is recommended, but yet i am not losing weight. maybe i'm getting my calories from the wrong foods....but i am trying to improve that now.
also, i am only getting an average of 80 g of protein per day and i weigh 180 lbs. I am thinking i am going to need more shakes per day. i am currently drinking 1 per day.
