    Rest/Pause training

Would this be a good split to use rest/[pause training in.

    day 1
    chest...A1-bench press A2-incline bench
shoulders... A1- side laterals, A2-militery press
    tris... A1-french press, CG Bench

    day 2
back...B1-pull up,B1 bent over row..B2 reverse grip pull up,..B2 high cable row
legs.. B1front squats,B2 one leg squats.
    forearms- wrist curls

This is how the set would look. fail at 10 reps, rest 10-15 sec then do as much more as i can, rest 10-15 sec then do as much more as i can then im done. i will be rotating between the 2 exercises every session. ill be wokring out 3 days a week (day 1mon,day 2 wed,day 1 fri). I will take a 1 week layoff every 5 weeks.

    please critique,

i think other routines are better, basically as very few people are using this system, well people use rest puase but not in same way as you do.

    its not very good

look at WBB #1, and you dont have to get fancy with your routine.

    KISS, keep that in mind.
