Would this be a good split to use rest/[pause training in.
chest...A1-bench press A2-incline bench
shoulders... A1- side laterals, A2-militery press
tris... A1-french press, CG Bench
back...B1-pull up,B1 bent over row..B2 reverse grip pull up,..B2 high cable row
legs.. B1front squats,B2 one leg squats.
forearms- wrist curls
This is how the set would look. fail at 10 reps, rest 10-15 sec then do as much more as i can, rest 10-15 sec then do as much more as i can then im done. i will be rotating between the 2 exercises every session. ill be wokring out 3 days a week (day 1mon,day 2 wed,day 1 fri). I will take a 1 week layoff every 5 weeks.
