I've been doing a "normal' bodybuilding routine for a few years now. I've had good results, but I feel like my conditioning is lacking. I'm going to try to mix up my routine a little with some metcon/crossfit type stuff in addition to some 5x5's with compound movements. I was looking through Anthony's journal and was kind of inspired, so we'll see where this takes me.
I'm 6'1", 203lbs.
