    OK, yet another diet critique

    Im hitting the market with the momma tomorrow and buying stuff i need to bulk for the rest of the summer, heres what i planned for a sample meal plan.

    Breakfast
    2 packets weight control quaker oatmeal with 1% milk
    1 scoop nitrean with 1% milk
    2 pieces of cheese / cottage cheese
    2 hardboiled eggs

    Snack/Postworkout
    nuts/peanutbutter/banana/apple with a glass of milk with nitrean

    Lunch
    1 tuna on wheat
    2 pieces of cheese / cottage cheese
    some peanut butter or some nuts
    1 glass of milk

    Snack/Postworkout
    nuts/peanutbutter/banana/apple with a glass of milk with nitrean

    Dinner
    What ever my mom cookes and alot, shes been making balanced meals (meat/carb/vegy) for years, for example, a steak/broccoli/rice, or chicken/spinach/mashed.

    Before Bed
    1 serving nitrean + 1 serving opticen with 16 ounces of milk

    This is SOMETHING like what i planned, i will try to track cals as best as possible, as you can see i am trying to get calorie rich protien filled foods, and i like my milk.

    throughout the day i will be drinking water. nothing else.

    doesnt look like alot but would really need to see the micro brake down before any1 can give you any decent advise. come on stumpp you know this mate get it sorted

    yeah im bulking and i would have to add calories, ill try to right now

    an estimate because i know how many cals in most of those foods, it would be around 4000 considering my dinner is 1000 cals, i will use this and adjust accordingly, off to eat!
