Yesterday was my leg day. I decided that I was doing romanian deadlifts incorrectly; that is to say, I wasn't going low enough.
So, I just used the bar, stood on a box, and went down until I felt a nice stretch. I thought I could manage 65, and I was still able to get low until I felt the stretch.
I wake up this morning, and damn my hamstrings are sore.
I guess I missed the question. My hams always get sore, even when trained lightly. I SLDL 365 though.
