She has dropped off over 50 pounds, she was about 3/4 of the way through her diet when the pic of us together was taken. She is still working on taking off a few more and toning up some, got to break out the old whip to crack her in the ass to get to the gym.

Hell yeah Wolfy! Big congrats on that man... the thing is, I think the leanness actually makes you appear even bigger- which is awesome.
You and the Mrs. should both be proud as hell.

Both of you have made great progress, the enormity of your arms is frightening.

Looking very good Wolfe. What's the goal for bodyweight? And how is the strength holding up?

You're face looks noticably thinner. Good job man!

Do you find that losing that weight has done anything for your stamina? The first 10 or 15 pounds I lost on my first cut worked wonders for me. Shin splints went away, had way more energy, no more daytime naps. Hopefully you have a lot to look forward to! Keep it up!

How long has it been since you started the diet?

10% drop for you and a lot more for her! Nice job!
A child does not learn to squat from the top down. In other words, he does not suddenly make a conscious decision one day to squat. Actually, he is squatting one day and make the conscious decision to stand. Squatting precedes standing in the developmental sequence. This is the way a child's brain learns to use the body as the child develops movement patterns. Therefore, a child is probably crawling, rocks back into a squatting position with the back completely relaxed and the hips completely flexed, and stands when he has enough hip strength. This approach makes a lot of sense and can be applied to relearning the deep squat movement if it is lost. -Gray Cook

Looking good Mike! I think you will look awesome at around 300 lbs and you can maintain most of your muscle. Any muscle lost can also be quickly regained.
