Hey guys, im new to the forums and such. I am looking to cut down my weight, I have a large frame about 5'10 220 lbs 17 years old really broad shoulders. I could use a little help Forming an excercise and diet plan. I have been keeping a meager one for about 5 weeks and im trying to get into martial arts and fighting so I really would love to loose weight and gain muscle. Any help given i would appreciate much. I have quit drinking soda's and eating sweets and candies so that has helped some but i would like to get down to a normal body weight. Thanks I look forward to reading your replies
