since its getting later in the summer, my bulking up and power lifting are done. As the football season nears, im trying to tone up and get fit. What kinds of foods should i be eating and how many meals should i eat a day? any other suggestions are appretiated.
you can't "tone up". and why would you want to "tone up" at the end of summer anyway? "toning up" is usually before summer starts so you can look good at the pool and good stuff like that, not before football season.

why tone up for football??
I'd eat my ass off more so then before, considering you are still going to be liftning, as well as praticing 3 hours a day 5 days a week, think about it

You should be ton-ing - as in eating tons, and lifting tons.
i think i could've frased that better. what i mean is that im trying to work on my cardio, like quick feet, running..etc. I dont wanna be too bulk at slow to jump off the line
