Okay, so I get this problem like every other time I squat and it's annoying the crap out of me. I also think it might be detremental to me later on. Everytime I go heavy my knees bow in. I don't know how to fix this or stop this. Some weeks it's there, and some not. One guy told me to stand farther apart (but my knees just dip in even farther) and someone else told me I should learn to squat really close together first (but that doesn't seem to be working). I'm really frustrated because I can't seem to be able to squat properly recently.
Focus on spreading the floor with your feet.
Also, drop the weight a little.
Squats work better than supplements.
"You know, if I thought like that, I'd never put more than one plate on the bar for anything, I'd never use bands or chains, I'd never squat to parallel or below, and I'd never let out the slightest grunt when I lift. At some point in your lifting career (assuming you're planning on getting reasonably strong and big), you're going to have to accept that most people think you are some kind of freak." -Sensei
"You're wrong, and I have a completely irrelevant pubmed abstract that may or may not say so." - Belial
I has a blog.
I has a facebook.
Your hips are weak. Put more emphasis on strengthening your glutes, hips, and hams with
Do that and work form on your box squats and you'll fix the problems you're having.
This is something you definitely want to correct. Dragging your knees in will eventually lead to sciatica, and a host of other lower back issues.

Do you guys suggest backing off of squats for a while?
What are pull-throughs?
This is great. I've been wanting to ask this for my friend who trains with me sometimes. She can't squat the bar to parallel and when she leg presses her knees bow in. I've told her to not do that but she doesn't seem to have control over it. I'll point her to this thread.

Yeah, pretty much that. It's like my knees want to touch when they go down.
Mine go from pointing out a little, to almost straight ahead, but they don't go in. I will agree that slamming your hammies with some GM's and SLDL, etc, will really help that squat. It helps you stay stable throughout the movement, so no energy is wasted and you can focus on the push.
Work those hamstrings and core!
I havn't ever been really able to do SLDLs. For some reason I don't get the form and with how I'm trying to do it I just can't.
