The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    DB Snatchs

I am thinking about incorporating these into a routine soon because I have heard so much good stuff about them. Question is, where should they go? On lower body day or on sholder day or where? Where do you think these would go for the best. And what about rep/set ranges? thanks

    Posterior chain day.

They work a lot of different muscles so just put them wherever it's convenient. I do them on my separate "Oly Lift" day.

Is there any specific muscle this lift targets more than the other muscles used like sholders or something? I might be putting them on sholder day, not sure yet.

Ideally, it should target the posterior chain more than the shoulders.

My snatches are much stronger when done the day after shoulder day then when done the day after shoulders.

I love them, and do them on a special day where they are the first exercise, and where I do DB swings, overhead squats, windmills for the obliques, and abs.

Actually you can put them about anywhere, as they're not an exercise you do for high reps and they won't fatigue your muscles the same way other "regular" exercises do. You rather go very low in reps and aim for quality (as in explosivity) reps.
