Okay, so I get this problem like every other time I squat and it's annoying the crap out of me. I also think it might be detremental to me later on. Everytime I go heavy my knees bow in. I don't know how to fix this or stop this. Some weeks it's there, and some not. One guy told me to stand farther apart (but my knees just dip in even farther) and someone else told me I should learn to squat really close together first (but that doesn't seem to be working). I'm really frustrated because I can't seem to be able to squat properly recently.
