    WBB1 Weight/Rep Journal

    Currently doing WWB1, this is pretty much my first weight training routine I have done. I have hit weights before, but not regularly, and not in a routine. I have just finished my 2nd week of WBB1, heres my weight pulling

    Lateral Raises: 2 x 10 lbs (2 dumbbells) -- 10r x 2

    Tricepts
    Narrow-Grip Bench Press: 65 lbs -- 8r x 2
    French Press: --Unrecorded--

    Bicepts
    Bicept Curls: 2 x 10 lbs -- 10r x 2
    Hammer Curls: 2 x 22.5 lbs (2 dumbbells) -- 8r

    Low Incline Dumbbell Press: 2 x 25 lbs (2 dumbbells) -- 8r x 2
    Dips: 8r at weight setting 10, 8r at weight setting 9 (assisting machine)

    Chin ups: 8r at weight setting 12, 8r at weight setting 11 (assisting machine)
    Deadlifts: 2 x 15 kg -- 8r x 2
    Barbbell Rows: 80 lb bar -- 8r x 2
    Shrugs: 80 lb bar -- 10r

    Keep up the work....just add 45pds for the bar bro...makes you look stronger when putting those numbers down! LOL.....You sure your only taking in 1600 cals? Thats crazy low...
