    WBB1 Weight/Rep Journal

    Currently doing WWB1, this is pretty much my first weight training routine I have done. I have hit weights before, but not regularly, and not in a routine. I have just finished my 2nd week of WBB1, heres my weight pulling

    Shoulders
    Military Press: 65 lbs -- 7r x 2
    Dumbbell Press: 2 x 22.5 lbs (2 dumbbells) -- 8r x 2
    Lateral Raises: 2 x 10 lbs (2 dumbbells) -- 10r x 2

    Tricepts
    Narrow-Grip Bench Press: 65 lbs -- 8r x 2
    French Press: --Unrecorded--

    Bicepts
    Bicept Curls: 2 x 10 lbs -- 10r x 2
    Hammer Curls: 2 x 22.5 lbs (2 dumbbells) -- 8r
