How u think that will work for a teen.
I have modified it a little bit. Instead of doing those same exercises every seesion. I will have an A1 upper session and A2 session with different exercises.
Looks fine. I personally dont like the simplicity of it. I'd rather base my workouts on those excersizes and throw in a few isolation excersizes (weighted crunches and some light arm work mostly). Other then that its pretty solid. Make sure you get the reps down though.Originally Posted by anth15

ATF squat- 275 RAW
Bench- Two 100lbs DB's four times
190lbs 15% BF (Estimate)
As for rep range wat to u suggest 3 sets of 6-8 sound good for upper and 3 sets fo 10-12 for lower? Also the isolation exercises im going to thorw in on upper are chest flys after BP, then overhears extension and bicep curls at the end, then no isolation for lower. I will do abs to days outs of thr week.
