    The most effective fat cutting diet?

    When i am ready, which is once i hit 220 lbs, i am cutting to a low bf, about 10-12 % or when ever i am really lean. However, i want to do this the most effective way and FASTEST way possible. What is the most effective cutting diet?? i already know how to train on a cut so i just need to know how to really shed that fat off QUICKLY!! lol.

    short and heavy, its what i did when i cut for like 8 months and it worked good! none of this "high rep to tone" crap, and ill have my cardio. HIIT probley but id love to swim instead.

    So you're basically keeping intensity high, but reducing volume? Sounds like a plan to me.

    yeah i guess so, although when i cut before it was also the first time i lifted in my life and it was 6-8 months of noob gains/huge fat loss.

    Built - i just ate healthy foods pretty much and a decent amount, you can read my situation in the weightlifting section, i have weightlifters depression right now lol.
