    What about this routine

    I have a home gym so im thinking about doing this

    Monday- Biceps and Fore arms

    Tuesday- Back

    Wesneday- Triceps Traps

    Thursday- Chest

    Friday- Legs


    Each part for about 30 minutes a day

    You should have more rest days... Or at least if your doing compound lifting (which you should be)

    YOu might want to throw this out.

    But if you really, really, really really want to keep this, change it to WBB1
