i have been having some issues with my shoulders and was wanting to get some advice on what excersices to stay away from for a while. seems like anything overhead and dips are bothering me.
stop doing them for awhile, gradually work back into it and learn to warm up your rotator cuffs. If the pain is really bad see the doctor.
