    My Progression PICS and story

    Hi. READ THIS FIRST

I started bodybuilding 1 year ago, at the age of 16. I was fat.HEHE very out of shape and ZERO muscle. just fat. Then i got fed up with being that way and got my first FLEX magazine. I wanted to look like that, so i started. (Found all, and the best info from here) When i started at 16 i was 160 pounds at 5,8 of just fat. i got down to 135 pounds and started bulking now im at 150 of muscle. I just love fitness. Here are some pics--Thanx to everyone.

So you started making improvement after finding info on here?.....another example as to why pro bodybuilding mags blow. I think you can learn more from ordinary down to earth people than some of those mags. After all, that's why I'm here

    good job

"I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do. And if I do what I do not want to do, I agree that the law is good. As it is, it is no longer I myself who do it, but it is sin living in me. I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out. For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do--this I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want to do, it is no longer I who do it, but it is sin living in me that does it.
So I find this law at work: When I want to do good, evil is right there with me. For in my inner being I delight in God's law; but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members. What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death? Thanks be to God--through Jesus Christ our Lord!"

First of all congrats on taking this seriously at such a young age. When I was your age I had those trouble love handles also. That is, the bone makes you look like you have them even though you have no fat. You are gonna have to work extra hard on getting your back big to get the V shape you want. Keep up the good work.

You need to do in order of importance:

    Pulldowns
    Bent over rows/cable rows
    Deadlifts

You look like you have good genes, you should fill out in a year or so
    good luck
