    Keep it up.. 155lbs at 5'10 is still skinny by the standards of everyone on this site! You obviously have some muscle though and you seem fairly well balances. Good job actually putting leg shots up too.. most 17yr olds wouldnt!

    I can't see any obvious weaknesses but more size overall wouldn't hurt

    You have a nice lean physique. I can't really comment because I don't know what your goals are. If you are looking for an athletic look, well, you have done that. If you're looking for an intimidatingly big look then you, my friend, have a long ways to go. Either way, keep lifting conistently and you'll be bigger and stronger. Good luck!

    You have the exact same height, weight and very similar body to me, very weird! How long have you been lifting and what kinda progress weightwise have you made since then?

    started lifting 13th apil....im looking to keep the athletic look, but also put on mass balance it out though

    and another thing.....my weight goes up and down all the time......i weighed myself today and i was 10 and a halkf stone....and i was 11 the other day........why is that happening????
