Hi all. Here is a list of all I have access to. What's the best thing to do with what I have (and of course things I can do like sit-ups and what not)? I have:
Weights to put on the curling bar
Basically I'm asking with these limited things, what's the best thing to do to build my arms & "six pack" area? Thanks
wel if you have no bench
for your chest id just say do a ton of pushups
for the arms and shoulders id say curls for the biceps, over head tricep extension, and military presses and front raises for shoulders, barbell rows for back. if you can place it on your back so high rep squatting and deadlifitng
thats about the most i can think of as far as being basic, just mess around with it for a while

what kind of curling bar? is it a straight bar or EZ bar (looks like this ||--^--^--|| ). what do you mean by freeweight? are you talking about dumbbells?
Join a gym. You will not make significant change to your physique without training your entire body.
If you are only interested in building your arms and 'six pack area' you are in the wrong place.
Squats work better than supplements.
"You know, if I thought like that, I'd never put more than one plate on the bar for anything, I'd never use bands or chains, I'd never squat to parallel or below, and I'd never let out the slightest grunt when I lift. At some point in your lifting career (assuming you're planning on getting reasonably strong and big), you're going to have to accept that most people think you are some kind of freak." -Sensei

I has a blog.
I has a facebook.
Try and find a gym. Read the stickies to learn more about training.

Yes, it looks like what you drew. And yes, I meant dumbbells.Originally Posted by DNL
